Job Description 


Receive orders from the sales team and create new items on the system. 

Track item stock availability and keep the sales team up-to-date.

Communicate with the Procurement Team to release orders for non-stock items.

Ensure all materials are stocked up in a timely manner at the warehouse at all times. 

Make invoices and generate necessary sales reports from the system.

Coordinate with all departments to fulfil the customer orders.

​Job Requirement


Must be Saudi National

Must be Bilingual (Arabic and English speaker)

Microsoft Dynamics GP and Inventory Management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Graduate with min. 3 years experience SALES and in the position, preferably within the IT industry
