Responsibilities:

Review and confirm the materials kept in the inventory control point stock and the materials received under requisitions and spare parts orders to replenish shortage.

Maintains master inventory records file.

Assist in stock-gathering activities and decisions about the possibility of substitution and exchange.

Assist in the preparation of spare parts database requirements and the subsequent inventory, analysis and research.

Review and prepare responses to problem reports with spare parts to replenish shortage from suppliers.

Analyzes and makes recommendations to management for R and R materials and replenishment procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Specialized Courses in said field from local or foreign accredited institutes

Saudi National

Required Experiences:

No less than two (2) years experiences in logistics and supply or compatible experiences in the operations of industrial and military supply activities.

Ability to explain and interpret technical manuals and drawings as they apply to supply activities.

Professional in the use of computers and databases.

Proficiency in spoken and written English

Must be able to work independently.
